Terms and Conditions

I understand that the order I am about to place has absolutely no refunds and/or exchanges unless Tyra in the city is liable. I understand that once I place this order and it ships, it will be in possession of the US Postal service and they are hereby responsible for the delivery of this package, not Tyra in the City. I also certify that the card used to place this order belongs to me and that by checking out, I'm certifying that this is a valid purchase.


If you are purchasing hair for an upcoming appointment, please make sure you order within enough time. Please text 678-756-1151 to make sure it will be here in time for your appt. Some hair is on hand & some has to be ordered.

Return/Exchange Policy


All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3 business days depending on how far you are from Georgia. Once items are pulled for processing, Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email address provided with the purchase. If you can't find tracking, please check your spam folder.

All hair Orders are processed and shipped within 5-8 business days.

Business days are monday-friday

Please note, This time may be extended during a sale due to a large volume of orders.

Tyra in the City is not responsible for lost or stolen orders while in possession of USPS. Please contact USPS immediately if you haven't received your package and it says "delivered" as this is beyond our control.

Please make sure your address is correct and updated!

If you live in an apartment you MUST include your apartment number to make sure you receive your order. We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.


No returns or exchanges.
